About
Rosie Aiello, MBA
Trapped in an emotionally, mentally, and financially abusive relationship for nearly 25 years, Rosie engineered an international escape from the Middle East to save her young adult daughter and herself from domestic violence. She arrived back in her home state of California nearly destroyed, and stunned by PTSD.
Today, Rosie is an international speaker, best-selling author, and a multi-award-winning entrepreneur. She guides women who have left narcissistic, controlling, and toxic relationships to reclaim their voice, rebuild their confidence, and create joyful, prosperous lives. She leads them to become the woman who no longer gets pulled into harm, and who chooses a kind, safe, and respectful partner instead.
She holds certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Life Coaching, Executive Coaching, and Timeline Dynamics, along with an MBA in finance.
Rosie and her daughter Sunny are co-authors of the upcoming mother-daughter memoir 11 Hours to Freedom, where they share their journey of escape, freedom, and healing.
They are also the co-founders of The Love is Kind Network and the Facebook group The Love is Kind Movement. Rosie is the co-founder of National Love is Kind Day (July 27), a global movement celebrating that real love is not cruel, threatening, or terrorizing, but kind.
“It’s time to stop the terror that’s destroying families and lives.”
Rosie is on a mission to end family terrorism and to create kinder intimate relationships, kinder families, and kinder communities, and therefore a kinder world.
Her goal is to inspire and impact over 100 million women worldwide, and their children, to release the invisible shackles of abuse, to believe they deserve safe, kind love, and to reclaim the voice, value, confidence, and courage taken from them. From there they can build the prosperous, joyful life they want, and experience the kind love they deserve.
She contributes 10% of net profits to the Love is Kind Fund, which supports domestic violence organizations serving women and children.
Rosie has been featured on television and on podcasts including Inspired Conversations and Reinvention Radio, along with summits and stages around the world.
